In Love with Jesus!: SDBF 2006

After one month plus of training and one weekend of SDBF, I look back and felt i really had an anjoyable time...although it was tiring to travel all the way to Bedok and my legs are aching becasue of all the jumping jacks that we all did for warm-ups! Basically, had a good time catching up with my seniors and my friends, especially the girls 3 years my junior batch...haha...had a great time knowing them and hearing their lame jokes. But one thing very disappointing to see, is that none of my batch team-mates actually made the effort to come down n support us. Marcus, John, Beng Chuan, Andrew boey and me, we're all rowing, even Qi came down, but yet none of the others came down. I am really disappointed. The fire never kept burning. Looking at my senior batch and how many actually came back to row n show support....Hiaz...

Most important thing, I had a good time despite of this. Thanx everyone who made this race enjoyable and memorable...and the really great race sets we had...heart n soul, all out effort! Yes as Dianne said, we'll be back again and strive to perform even better. I believe the Nj alumni, we can do it! Whoever still feels for this team will still be back...

Ya i was telling some of them as i was looking at the team beside us in the tentage, who will be the first to bring a baby and some pet dogs or set up a mini-picnic to SDBF in the years to come? hahaha...just a passing thought, I guess we shall wait n see which super senior will start this trend for NJ alumni...haha...
