Mid-Autumn Festival celebration...

Last Friday, I organised a Mid-autumn festival celebration for my good pals Liling and Katherine... simply because we all stay near each other! hehe...that's the advantage! We can meet up whenever we like! hehe...Jerm came along as well. =) That night, each of us brought some mooncake and we had the celebration at the playground at my block. The ice-cream mooncake that Liling brought was really good! It was accompanied by my bengawan solo snow skin mooncake of 8 different flavours...hehe...we all like the passion-fruit flavoured one. We lit the lanterns and hung them all around the playground, and played with sparklers...the most interesting thing is...we attracted a lot of kids, and they did start swarming around us, prodding curiously into our lanterns and mooncakes. Some of them are quite cute, they actually took down their battery operated lanterns with music somemore to 'show off' to us...haha...kids ah...nowadays cannot appreciate the fun of carrying lighted paper lanterns that sometimes kerna 'burnt'. But...in the end some of them liked our lanterns so much that we gave it to them.

We had a good time just talking, eating mooncakes, drinking Oolong tea (exception to Liling, who die die also want to stick to her green tea...haha..), looking at the moon... till late at night. It was a really nice 'Yew Tee' gathering...haha!
