What a spread! Enough for four of us...

Decided to cook after some time of lazing around, so me and Jerm found out a few recipes that we like and mixed and match to suit our liking. The sumptuous spread we had included thai potato rosti cake topped with smoked salmon, grilled chicken fillets in beer marinate, sauteed butter mushrooms and stir-fried oyster brocolli. Everything was delicious! My mom and Jeremy liked the potato, while my sis and I favoured the beer marinated chicken...The chicken had an aromatic taste of Tiger beer and light soya sauce...Yummy! We had a delightful lunch, and I'm glad the food was nice...except a little salty..hehe..
